We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
WE DO ACCEPT TRADES. HOWEVER, EBAY SALES ARE A BINDING CONTRACT ON THE VEHICLE FOR THE EBAY PRICE. THEY ARE NOT CONTINGENT UPON A TRADE EVALUATION. WE MUST SEE ALL TRADES IN PERSON, AND CAN ADJUST THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE MINUS THE TRADE WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR PICK UP OF THE VEHICLE – NOT BEFORE.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1000.00 downpayment within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. There is a $299 processing fee for the transaction. You must call Nicole at 540-341-2091 at end of auction with your information and credit card number. You will need to have access to a fax or scanner in order to have the buyers order faxed/scanned to you for signature and return. The down payment and signed buyers order assure that the vehicle is placed in SOLD status – it becomes your vehicle at that point, necessary monies and signed documents will happen before final delivery. We do accept wire transfers.
THERE IS NO PROCESSING FOR A ‘AS IS’ PIECE. IF THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN INSPECTED PASS/FAIL, IT IS NOT CONSIDERED AS IS AND A LIST OF VA STATE INSPECTION ITEMS FOR PASSING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
